At Redeemer School, we place great importance on intentional family participation and partnership in the education of our students. There are many ways that our school and children benefit from the wonderful and God-given gifts and abilities of our families. These are also benefits for our families, as we experience authentic Christian community together.
All families have committed to making available up to 40 hours total to volunteer at Redeemer School, including E-Days in grades K-5.
Beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, all families are asked to document their volunteer hours. While this is not required for the 2022-2023 school year, it will enhance this vital aspect of our school and allow us to ensure our opportunities honor the needs of our school as well as our families. This can be done one of two ways:
- Completing the volunteer log when signing out in the school office at the end of a volunteer opportunity (located beside the check-in/check-out book)
OR
- Document service hours through FACTS Family Portal(https://bit.ly/factsfamilyportal)
We have opportunities both during the day and after hours as well as tasks that you may be able to do from home. No deed is too small and we encourage our families to share their gifts and talents in a variety of ways. Not only will these opportunities bless Redeemer School, but they will often allow families to grow in community with one another and with our students/staff!
